Unable to Transport Datasource 0BBP_BUYID_ATTR from CRM Dev to CRM QA

Dear Experts,

I goto RSA6 of my CRM Dev system and select the datasource  0BBP_BUYID_ATTR.

I then right click on this DS and select the feature of Datasource Transport or Transport Icon.

I get a message saying "Action Successfuly Completed".

When I look into the logs it shows me the following:

Generating DataSource 0BBP_BUYID_ATTR

Message no. R8369

"

The transport did not ask me for a Development Package. Secondly when I look into SE09, I dont see any request created.

Any ideas or solution????
