Change Personal Number Locking custom message

Hi All,

Its all known that we face Personal Number Locking(in ESS) message if it there are accessing two instances simultaneously  or if perner is accessed by the manager and the same is displayed on the portal.

However, can we keep a customized message for the user to  try accessing it again after 20 minutes and with any customized messages??
